Return Policy

 

 Time Limit: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your fabric for any return or exchange request.

 Conditions: The fabric must be uncut, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and invoice intact.

 Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive damaged fabric or the wrong order, DeanZil will exchange it or process a full return at zero extra cost to you.

 Mind Change: If you wish to exchange a product due to a change of mind (e.g., color or texture preference), delivery charges must be covered by the customer.

 Refunds: If a replacement fabric is out of stock, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days via your original payment method.
